Return/Refund Policy

Sensory Bases and Activity Kits

Our sensory story kits are handmade to order and for health and safety reasons these items cannot be resold. For these reasons we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is in production.

Curriculum and Learning Resources

If you've purchased a digital version of our curriculum or flashcards, access to those files is delivered immediately upon checkout. As a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these digital items. 

If you've purchased a physical (printed) version, you may cancel your order prior to receiving the shipping notification for a full refund to the original payment method. 

You may return a physical item within 7 days of delivery in unused/undamaged condition. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in resellable condition. If so, we will issue a refund, less a restocking fee of 20%, to the original form of payment.

If we determine that the item is unable to be resold as returned (damaged, missing parts, etc.) the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
