Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. While all sales are considered final, we do accept returns on eligible physical items under the following conditions.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in new, resellable condition.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (including downloads and digital curriculum)
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@rightlyinstructed.com with your order number.
If your return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- Items must be shipped back within the provided timeframe
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5โ10 business days for processing
If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, the refund may be denied.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
