Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
Preorders
From time to time, we offer products on a preorder basis. These items are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase.
- The estimated ship date will be clearly listed on the product page.
- All items in a preorder will ship together once the preorder item is available.
- If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Timing for Preorders
Shipping timeframes (e.g., 3–5 business days) begin after the preorder item has shipped, not at the time of purchase.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated ship dates, delays can occur due to production or supply factors. We will communicate any significant updates as they arise.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Contiguous United States (Lower 48)
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
(Including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and others)
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
APO / FPO / DPO (Military Addresses)
- Shipped via USPS only
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
- Delivery times may vary depending on military mail handling
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.
If your package is:
- Delayed: Please allow additional time for transit, especially during peak seasons.
- Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
