License & Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

All digital products and resources provided by Rightly Instructed are licensed—not sold—for use under the terms outlined below. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials in accordance with this policy.

Family License (Lifetime Library Access)

The Family Library license is intended for use within a single household.

Permitted use includes:

• Parents or guardians using materials with their own children

• Reuse of materials across multiple children within the same family

• Printing materials for use within your household

The Family License does not permit:

• Sharing files, downloads, or account access with individuals outside your household

• Uploading materials to shared drives, forums, social media, or group platforms

• Use in co-ops, classrooms, schools, or organized group settings

• Distributing printed or digital copies to other families

School, Co-op, and Group Use

Use of Rightly Instructed materials in any group setting requires a separate license.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Homeschool co-ops

• Classrooms (public, private, or microschools)

• Tutoring groups or enrichment programs

• Church or ministry classes

Account Access

Access to digital resources is provided through your customer account.

• Account access is for the purchasing user only

• Login credentials may not be shared

• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of suspected misuse or unauthorized sharing

Intellectual Property

All materials are the intellectual property of Rightly Instructed and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works for distribution

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any materials

• Claim materials as your own or remove branding/copyright notices

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All digital purchases are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage patterns for abuse

• Suspend or terminate access without refund if this policy is violated

• Pursue appropriate action in cases of unauthorized distribution or infringement

This policy exists to protect the integrity of our work and to ensure that we can continue creating meaningful, high-quality resources for families.

We aim to keep our materials as accessible and reusable as possible for the families who purchase them, while also honoring the time, care, and investment that goes into their creation.
