Using stories from the Bible, these cards will help you introduce numbers 1 through 10, growing your child's number sense and their faith at the same time.

How To Use These:

• Begin by observing each card. Ask your child what she sees.
• Point out the numeral in the top left corner and say what it is.
• Read the written number in the top right corner, underlining with your finger as you do so.
• Count the objects on the front of the card together.
• Read the verse or passage printed on the card (typed out on the back).
• In your Bible, read the full story together. Ask your child to listen for any numbers they hear in the story.
  
• Make it multisensory: For children ages 3+, add objects like counters, toy animals or something mentioned in the story to count out together with your child to count out. (Be mindful of items that can pose choking hazards for little ones still apt to explore objects by mouthing.) Use the illustrations on the card to spark ideas!
